1. Official project‘s start up: ZOOM call with partners (2020 September)

The aim of this ZOOM call is to plan the management of the project, share experiences about Roma integration strategies for volunteering and to share responsibilities in preparing an innovative volunteering program for Roma and non - Roma adults to volunteer for social integration.

2. Creating official website of the project (2020 August-September)

Official project‘s website will be created in order to disseminate project results, update on the ongoing process, share information about the partners and activities, good practices and feedback from the participants.

3. Developing innovative volunteering program for Roma and non-Roma to volunteer for social integrat

The aim is to develop innovative volunteering program for Roma and non Roma volunteers as adult non formal learning process, involving self-confidence, teamwork, citizenship, social responsibility, seeking to empower mutual cooperation and understanding between Roma and non Roma members.

4. ZOOM call with partners (2020 December)

The aim of this ZOOM call is to deliver and discuss the first part of innovative volunteering program for Roma and non Roma adults to volunteer for social integration.During this Skype call the plan of practical implementation of the innovative volunteering program will be prepared.

5. Implementing/piloting innovative volunteering program for Roma and non Roma to volunteer for soci

In order to evaluate and monitor the first part of the innovative volunteering program prepared in the Work package 3, a pilot group will be formed by each project partner. It will allow testing the program and receive feedback for future improvements.

6. Partners meeting in Latvia (2021 February)

The aim to discuss the best practices and obstacles risen in interucltural awareness training course of innovative volunteering program for Roma and non Roma to volunteer for social integration.

7. Implementation of the innovative volunteering program for Roma and non - Roma to volunteer for so

The pilot group of adult volunteers who have participated in the intercultural awareness training course will participate in the second part of the program – volunteering for the social integration.

8. Partners meeting in Sweden (2021 June)

The second partners meeting will be held in Sweden in 2021-06 with the aim to discuss the best practices and obstacles risen in volunteering mentorship piloting program.

9. Handbook preparation (2021 July-October) (theoretical arrangement)

Project partners will be working on the final version of the handbook of the best practices of innovative volunteering program for Roma and non Roma adults to volunteer for social integration.

10. ZOOM call with partners (2021 October)

Partners meeting via ZOOM will me moderated by Latvian partner. Meeting is aimed at finalizing handbook preparation.

11. Handbook publication (2021 November – 2022 February)

Tasks for the final handbook preparation and publication will be distributed among partners. The final version of the handbook will be in PDF format and available online at any use in every partners country.

Final project‘s „Best volunteer for social integration“ awards and handbook presentation will be organized in each partner country in March - April. Final partners meeting and international Awards ceremony will be organized in Vilnius.

13. Final partners ZOOM call (2022 May)

This meeting via ZOOM will be held in 2022-05. The aim of the meeting is to make a final project evaluation and to discuss the possibilities of project continuity and future collaboration on Baltic-Nordic level.

Expected qualitative results and outcomes:

- international project management skills improved by each partner organisation,
international communication and risk management strategies developed, human and technical resources of each organisation improved, new working materials created;

- participants will gain access to innovative non formal learning environment with a possibility develop intercultural competence, communication skills, team work, community feeling, social responsibility, motivation and self-esteem developed;

- external organisations working in non formal adult education and/or Roma integration
context will receive an innovative working tools to involve Roma and non Roma adults into volunteering activities in their everyday activities.
